Be Fearless with Gypsy Rose

Hello Kaisercraft fans!

Emmy here today with my first post for August. This month I have the pleasure of working with one of the most recent Kaisercraft collections Gypsy Rose (available at Merly Impressions online store).

For my background I used Kaisercard Coconut Weave Cardstock and different pattern papers. I cut a wide stripe with the image from the Free Spirit pattern paper and two smaller stripes from the Inspiring pattern paper. I punched a decorative edge using Kaisercard Burgundy Weave Cardstock and an edge punch to use it as a divider between the two patterns. Before adhering the pattern papers onto the cardstock I distressed their edges using Paper distresser. As a final touch I sprinkled KaiserMist Spray Ink – Antique Gold and KaiserMist Spray Ink – White on top of all the layers.

I fussy cut paper blooms and artistic circles from Braided patter paper and from the glossy paper from the Paper pad. I embossed them slightly and adhered them using Mounting Foam TapeMI-be-fearless-det-b

To create the layers around my picture I used pre cut shapes from the Paper pad, die cut shapes (Decorative Die – Texture Burlap) and fussy cut elements. Using Multi-medium – Gloss I added more glossy effects to the pattern paper. MI-be-fearless-det-c

I used Paper Blooms – Cranberry and fussy cut flowers and die cut shaped from the Collectables pack to create the flowery corner. I added Stickles – Sprinkled Sugar to some of the sentiments to give more sparkle to my page. MI-be-fearless-det-d MI-be-fearless-det-e

I used sticker phrases from the Sticker Sheet for the subtitles of my page. I inked their edges with Ink Pad – Bark and adhered them using Mounting Foam TapeMI-be-fearless-det-f MI-be-fearless-det-g

As a final touch I added Pearls – PewterPearls – Rose and Epoxy Stickers – Candy.MI-be-fearless-det-h
