Enjoy the Little Things with Paradise Found

Hello Kaisercraft fans,

Emmy here today sharing another layout I designed with the lovely Paradise Found collection from Kaisercraft (available at Merly Impressions’ online store).MI-take-time-web530To create my background I used the By the Sea pattern paper. First, I stamped the extra pattern using Clear Texture Stamp – Brick Wall and Ink Pad – Bark. Once the ink has dried, I added the white dimensional pattern using Waffle 6×6 Designer Stencil and Texture Paste. Finally, I sprinkled KaiserMist Spray Ink – Antique Gold on top of all the different layers.

To create the layers under my picture I used pattern papers and die cut edges from the Paper Pad and Cheesecloth Gauze. I distressed the edges of the beige pattern papers using Paper Distresser and adhered it to the background paper with Mounting Foam Tape. Then I fussy cut the leaves-edges from another pattern paper and added them next to my pictures. MI-take-time-det-c MI-take-time-det-dTo give more ‘volume’ to the leaves-edges, I fussy cut more leaves from a glossy paper from the Paper Pad and added some pre-cut ones from the Collectables Pack as well.

To embellish my layout I used pre-cut embellishments from the Collectables Pack and sayings from the Paper Pad. I added also die cut bubbles (Decorative Die – Double Bubble and Kaisercard Snow Weave Cardstock) and a few of the Curios matching the collection. MI-take-time-det-eMI-take-time-det-gFor my title I used a stripe saying from the White Sands pattern paper. I cut it in two, inked it edges and adhered it with Mounting Foam Dots under my pictures.  MI-take-time-det-hTo finish off my design I added Pearls – TealRhinestones – Mint Green and Epoxy Stickers – Sea BreezeMI-take-time-det-iThank you for stopping by today!

Have a wonderful creative week!
