Hello Kaisercraft fans!
Emmy here and this is my last post for April. My last assignment for this month is to create something different and I decided to create a sort of picture frame using the die-cut paper from the Fairy Garden collection (available at Merly Impressions’ online store).
For my ‘frame’ I used the Garden Frame die-cut paper. I added cardboard at the back of the die cut paper for extra support. Using the Speckles Mini Designer Stencil and Texture Paste I created the white dimensional pattern. Once the paste has dried, I sprinkled KaiserMist Spray Ink – Antique Gold and KaiserMist Spray Ink – Lime Green on top.
I adhered my picture on a slightly larger panel of Kaisercard Coconut Weave Cardstock and then I used pre-cut strips from the Paper pad for the rest of the layers. To decorate my frame I used fussy cut embellishments from the Paper pad and Flutterby glitter paper. I adhered them using Mounting Foam Tape.
