Loved with Pen and Ink

Hello,

Karen here with the first of my projects for May using Pen and Ink Kaisercraft collection.  I have to confess that when I saw this range I begged Chrissy to send it to me for my DT projects as it was so gorgeous and such a usable collection.

I cut a 1 inch frame from Vanilla cardstock and cut 1 inch from the top and one side of the Lacey paper.  On the spotty side I inked around the edges with Walnut Stain ink and mounted it onto the Vanilla frame.

I then used the Collage 6 x 6 stencil and some texture past in the top right and bottom left of my page.  I used crackle paste but this one would work just as well.

I rubbed some ink onto the top of the texture paste.

Next I cut a piece of the Vanilla card, saved from above, to 9.5 ins x 4, for a photo mount and used the stencil and Walnut Stain ink to give this a pattern.  I used foam pads to stick this to my page.

I tore two pieces of Ephemera paper and trimmed them to 9.5 ins wide, inked the edges and added to my layout at the top and bottom of the Vanilla photo mount.

Next I cut three bingo cards from Stamps and added to the photo mount.

After adding my photos I tucked as many of the cards from the Collectables pack as I could fit under the pieces of Ephemera paper.

Finally I used a flower cluster and the word love from the Collectables pack to make my title.
