Hello Kaisercraft fans!
Emmy here today sharing my second layout for December featuring Kaisercraft’s Romantique Collection (available at Merly Impressions’ online store). For my background I used RSVP pattern paper, which I altered using Clear Stamp – Diamonds and Black Ink Pad. Once the ink has dried I added a dimensional layer using Texture Paste and Waffle 6×6 Designer Stencil. As a final touch I sprinkled KaiserMist Spray Ink – Charcoal on top.
I distressed the edges of my black and white picture using a piercing tool and Paper Distresser. Then I adhered it on a slightly larger panel of Kaisercard Coconut Weave Cardstock. The layers under my picture are made from different pattern papers from the Paper Pad. I rounded the corners and adhered them using Mounting Foam Tape. I used die cuts from the Paper Pad and the Collectables Pack to embellish my picture. For the flower cluster I used Paper Blooms – Coconut and Paper Blooms – Sage. The large see-through butterflies I cut from the Butterflies acetate sheet. I added two large swirls die cut with Kaisercraft’s Decorative Die Foliage.
For my title I used a quote from the Symphony pattern paper, which I framed in a gold frame from the Gold Frames foil paper. As a final touch I added a few black epoxy dots from the Epoxy Stickers – Monochrome pack.
I hope you enjoyed today’s post!
