Time for a new Adventure with Mountain Air

Hello Kaisercraft fans!

Emmy here today with my first post for September. The end of the summer is almost here and I have about a thousand new pictures from our outdoor adventures. And of course one of Kaisercraft’s newest collections is all about enjoying the great outdoors – Mountain Air (available at Merly Impressions online store). MI-adventure-time-web530

To assemble my background I used Kaisercard Ivory Premium Cardstock and Tree Trunks pattern paper. I cut off 0.5 cm from each side of the Ivory Cardstock, distressed its edges with Paper distresser and Piercing Tool and then I adhered it on top of the pattern paper using Mounting Foam Tape.

Then using Checker Plate Mini Designer Stencil and Distress Ink Pad – Stormy Sky I created the blue pattern. And using Clear Stamp – Grunge and Ink Pad – Bark I stamped the brown pattern onto the cardstock. Once the ink has dried I sprinkled KaiserMist Spray Ink – Antique Gold and KaiserMist Spray Ink – DenimMI-adventure-time-det-a

To create the layers under my picture, I used various pattern papers from the Paper pad and Strong and Brave pattern papers. I cut off three panels with different size, distressed their edges and arranged them under the picture as shown. The grey tire stripes I cut off from the Spare Parts pattern paper.MI-adventure-time-det-b

To decorate my page I used pre cut embellishments from the Paper pad and the Collectables pack and stickers from the Sticker SheetMI-adventure-time-det-c MI-adventure-time-det-d MI-adventure-time-det-e

For the banner next to the photograph, I used pattern papers from the Paper pad. Then I added a die cut layer (Kaisercard Sage Weave Cardstock and Decorative Die – Texture Burlap) and the sticker phrases. MI-adventure-time-det-f

As a final touch I added Epoxy Stickers – Monochrome.

I hope you enjoyed today’s post!

Have a wonderful creative week!
