Adventure with Hide and Seek

Hello everyone,

Denise here with my second layout using the Hide and Seek Kaisercraft Collection.

I decided to use the brown and cream tones for this layout and started by using  the arrows side of Clouds paper as the background, and with some watered down Kaisercolour acrylic gold paint I went round the edge roughly after distressing with a paper distresser.

Next, I took a piece of Vanilla weave Kaisercard and cut it down half and inch on two adjacent sides, then adhered it to the background paper.I used the dotty side of the Fawn paper to die cut a heart banner and scribble circle and hand cut a large arrow banner. These were placed in the middle of the vanilla card . I added some pink tones by using  one of the manufacturer’s strips and a lacy pink border from the sticker sheet.

Next I matted my photo on to a paper from the 6.5 x6.5  pad which I distressed around the edges.cropped

I used lots of die cuts from the Collectables Pack to embellish around the layout, I also used the gold paint on some to tone down the white.

Next I cut a banner sticker from the sticker sheet as my title matting it onto card and going around the edges with gold paint.IMG_2850

Then I used some Frayed Burlap Distress Ink through Tribal Strips Mini Stencil .to complete the look.

I love the versatility of this collection and hope you’re enjoying our projects this month.
