Hi everyone, It’s Pam here, with another layout using the Generations collection from Kaisercraft. This layout features some fussy cutting>
I started this layout with a burst of Kaisermist through a circle stencil. When using these mists, it’s best to build up the colour in layers, drying each layer off before adding the next. That way your paper won’t get too saturated and the buckling will be reduced. I spray, then roll over the wet spray with a roll of paper towel. I also got out my Martha Stewart punch and punched out a strip of circular flowers as a base line for my photo.
I started building up some layers under my photo. the layers are a mixture of fussy cutting and die cut collectables.More fussy cutting, and collectables were overlapped around my photo. The title was cut from one of the patterned papers in the collection. The journalling block is one of the adhesive clear stickers from the Family sticker sheet.
Some of the die cuts were adhered using foam tape to add dimension. Close up of some die cuts…..and the clear sticker.
Here you can see I finished off by adding the clear ‘cherish’ sticker.
This collection is fantastic if you want to make a scrapbook of family members.
