In the Moment with Beach Shack

Hello Kaisercraft fans!

Emmy here today with my my last project for this month featuring Kaisercraft’s Beach Shack collection and Mini Stencil (available at Merly Impressions’ online store).MI-In-the-moment-web530To assemble my my background I used a lot of different pattern papers. For the base I used Kaisercard Coconut Weave Cardstock, which edges I distressed using Distress Ink Pad – Stormy Sky. Then I cut two stripes – one from the Foam pattern paper (12 x 30 cm) and another one from the Beach House pattern paper (17 x 30 cm). Before adhering them on top of the Coconut Cardstock, I distressed one of their long edges using a paper piercing tool and a Paper Distresser.MI-in-the-moment-det- (1)To created the white dimensional pattern I used Speckles Mini Designer Stencil and Texture Paste. Then I adhered the inner circle from the Porthole die-cut paper using Mounting Foam Tape as shown and I sprinkled KaiserMist Spray Ink – Antique Gold and KaiserMist – White on top.MI-in-the-moment-det- (2)

I matted my picture on slightly larger panel of  Kaisercard Powder Blue Weave cardstock and added a layer of Cheesecloth Gauze before adhered it with Mounting Foam Tape to the background paper.

To decorate my page I used pre cut elements from the Collectables Pack and quotes from the Wave Break pattern paper.MI-in-the-moment-det- (3) MI-in-the-moment-det- (5)I added also die cut elements (Decorative Die – Texture Woven and Kaisercard Powder Blue Weave cardstock)  and a lot of stickers form the Sticker Sheet, which I adhered with Mounting Foam TapeMI-in-the-moment-det- (7) MI-in-the-moment-det- (4) MI-in-the-moment-det- (6)As a final touch I added Rhinestones – Island Lagoon.MI-in-the-moment-det- (8)
