Making Memories with Boho Dreams

Hello everyone,

Denise here with my last layout using Boho Dreams Kaisercraft collection.

083My main focus on this layout is the Polaroid type frames. These can be used not just for photographs but also for journalling or other images.

I started with a sheet of Licorice Kaisercard. Next I took a piece of Young 12 x 12 paper and using the black and white stripey side punched around the page for a decorative frame.

I wanted to keep the colours simple as the background paper is so striking .

I took some Kaisermist in White and splatted in various places over the layout.

085I decided to use three Polaroid cut-outs, one large to frame my photo and two smaller ones to be used for journalling and an embellishment. I used papers from the 6.5 x 6.5 pad as bases under the frames.

083 (2)I placed my frames on the base – I wanted them to look ‘randomly scattered’!

Next I fussy cut some feathers from the Feathers paper and tucked them under the two smaller frames.

I took one of the wording sheets from the 6.5 x6.5  pad and cut some of the words that were perfect for this layout and placed them around the photo, some were layered on foam pads, some not.

I also fussy cut some flowers from the paper pad and layered those around the photo and frames too.077

076Finally, the camera and some other elements from the  sticker sheet were used as embellishments too.

I really enjoyed working with this collection and hope you will pop back for some more inspiration from the team very soon
