Hello Kaisercraft fans,
Emmy here today with my second post for October featuring the lovely Christmas Edition collection from Kaisercraft (available at Merly Impressions’ online store). For my background I used the Deer Frame die-cut paper and Kaisercard Coconut Weave Cardstock. First I stamped a reddish frame around the edge of the cardstock using Clear Stamp – Lattice and Ink Pad – Red Gum. Then I carefully separated the frame from the die cut paper and adhered the middle part onto the cardstock using Kaisercraft 12mm Double-sided Tape. I added a frame around it with Glitter Tape – Silver. Finally, I secured the Die-cut frame on its position using Mounting Foam Tape. Once everything was in its place, I added a silver edge using Stickles – Silver.
To decorate my page I used sticker words from the Sticker Sheet matching the collection.I combined fussy cut embellishments (from the foil papers from the Paper Pad) with die cut embellishments from the Collectables pack. The large black poinsettias and foliage, I fully cut from the Rejoice pattern paper. I decorated the fussy cut images with Stickles – Xmas Red and Pearls – Red. For my title I layered a glittery panel from the Paper Pad on various pattern papers from the Paper Pad. I adhered the different layers using Mounting Foam Tape. As a final touch, I covered my picture with a piece of paper and sprinkled KaiserMist Spray Ink – White and KaiserMist Spray Ink – Charcoal on top.
I hope you enjoyed today’s post!
