This Moment with Beach Shack

Hello Kaisercraft fans!

Emmy here today with my second prohject for this month, Kaisercraft’s Beach Shack collection and a Mini Stencil (available at Merly Impressions’ online store).MI-Chill-out-web530To create my background I used a lot of different components. I distressed the edges of the Pier pattern paper using a paper piercing tool and a Paper Distresser and I layered it on top of 12″ Kaisercard Coconut Weave Cardstock. Before adhering the two layered together, I distressed the edges of the cardstock using Distress Ink Pad – Stormy SkyMI-chill-out-det-a (1)Then I added the white dimensional pattern in the middle of the background paper using Waffle 6×6 Designer Stencil and Texture Paste. Once the paste has dried I sprinkled KaiserMist Spray Ink – Antique Gold and KaiserMist – White on top.

Then I carefully separate the “wooden frame” from the Porthole die-cut paper and adhered it on top using Mounting Foam Tape.MI-chill-out-det-a (2)I matted my picture on slightly larger panel of  Kaisercard Coconut Weave Cardstock and adhered it with Mounting Foam Tape to the background paper. To decorate my page I used pre cut elements from the Collectables PackMi-chill-out-det-b (3)… quotes from the Wave Break pattern paper…MI-chill-out-det-a (4)… die cut elements (Decorative Die – Texture WovenDecorative Die – Arrows and Kaisercard Powder Blue Weave cardstockMI-chill-out-det-a (3)… and a lot of stickers form the Sticker Sheet, which I adhered with Mounting Foam TapeMi-chill-out-det-b (6) Mi-chill-out-det-b (4)

As a final touch I added Rhinestones – Island Lagoon.Mi-chill-out-det-b (1) Mi-chill-out-det-b (7)
