Wonderful Moments layout with Frosted

Hello Kaisercraft fans!

Emmy here sharing my latest project featuring Kaisercraft’s Frosted collection and its wonderful Blizzard die-cut foil paper  (available at Merly Impressions online store).mi-this-christmas-web-530For my background I used Kaisercard Coconut Weave Cardstock. I coloured the edges using Mini Distress Ink Pad Weathered Wood and Mini Distress Ink Pad – Milled Lavender. As a finishing touch I sprinkled some silver ink one top. mi-this-christmas-det-a-1I carefully separated the frame from the inner part (Blizzard foil paper) and adhered only the frame using Mounting Foam Tape. Then using the Damask Quarters 12×12 Stencil and Texture Paste I created the dimensional pattern on the inner part. Once the paste has dried, I adhered it to the background cardstock with Kaisercraft 12mm Double-sided Tapemi-this-christmas-det-a-4 mi-this-christmas-det-a-5To decorate my picture I used various die cuts from the Paper Pad and the Collectables packmi-this-christmas-det-a-11 mi-this-christmas-det-a-8 mi-this-christmas-det-a-7I also die cut some elements using Kaisercraft Snowflake Decorative Die and Decorative Die – Foliage with Idea-ology – Deco Sheetsmi-this-christmas-det-a-10 For the flower cluster I used Paper Blooms – Sage and Mini Paper Blooms – Coconut and Decorative Die – Mini Foliage for the leaves. I added silver colour to the flowers by putting a bit of Kaisercolour Paint – Metallic Silver on the tip of my fingers and smudging it gently onto the blossom.mi-this-christmas-det-a-2I added bare wooden embellishments from Flourish Pack – Joy to finish up the corner. mi-this-christmas-det-a-9To complete my design I added Rhinestones – Silver and Rhinestones – Antique Rose to some of my embellishments and to the background. mi-this-christmas-det-a-6I hope you enjoyed today’s post!
