Time seems to fly by – already we have the third part of this under £10 project!

I decided for this last layout to use the “busy” side of the Trilby sheet from the Sears and Sons collection from Kaisercraft. I used the sticky outside of the sticker sheet as a stencil to spray the moustaches as I thought that the moustache stickers themselves were too dark to make an impact on my background. I finished it off by layering some remaining stickers as well as some embellishments from the Collectable pack and writing my journalling. My title was made by the label “Father and daughter” and the sticker “Father and son”. The clustering also re-enforces the cosy feeling of the photo by keeping everything tight together.

I love this photo of my dad, my younger brother and me! I am happy that I will be able to look at it every time I go through my album!

Welcome back to this month’s Under £10 Project! Here I am to share the second part of this months Under £10 project…

This months collection inspired me to Scrapbook about my dad. What better to go with the Sears and Sons papers then my father’s glorious moustache?! I used the sheet “Charming” as my background onto which I have spread some Gesso and splattered some ink. You can use white paint instead of the Gesso. I mounted the photo directly onto the background and I then used the strips at the bottom of each sheet of paper from the Under £10 kit to create the rosettes at the corners of the photo. I finished it with a few elements from the Sticker Sheet and the Collectable Pack concentrating on the Moustaches that comes in this collection! I love the end result! I hope that you too will join me in this Under £10 adventure and have a go at re-creating this layout!

This Month I am in love with the brand new collection Sears and Sons from Kaisercraft! So much so that I decided to use it for my Under £10 Project! I hope that you will join me! You can purchase this months Under-10 kit in the Merly Impressions shop.

My first layout for this Month’s Project is:

I absolutely love this page! I simply layered different banners from the Sears and Sons Sticker Sheet and from the matching Collectables pack onto a sheet of Kaisercard Brey Cardstock. I then added a part of the clock strip (again from the Sticker Sheet) and some elements mounted onto foam pads. It is a very simple and quick layout but also so effective! I absolutely love it!
