Horsing Around

Hi there!

Here’s a layout using the fabulous Off the Wall Collection.  For the background I used two sheets of Kaisercraft cardstock in Elephant Ears and Coconut. The background stars were from the Clear Stamp set.  The stars were stamped using Tim Holtz Distress ink pads in Peacock Feather,  Mustard Seed and Pumice Stone.  Over the top of the stamped stars, I used a section of Superstar die-cut paper.

The patterned paper used was Attitude, my photo was mounted on the back of a piece of Attitude paper as well.  Black stars were stamped, then over this was a die cut using a sheet of small patterned paper from the 6.5×6.5 Paper Pad.  Stickers from the Sticker sheet and the rest of the embellishments are from the Collectables.

I hope you enjoyed my post!

Bits and Bobs cigar box

Hi there!

If your sons/husbands are anything like mine. They always have pockets of bits.  So for my last project using the Off the Wall collection, I’ve decorated a cigar box bought from a carboot sale.  I covered the sides of the box with printed tape in Arrows Black.  The top of the box was then covered in a cut down sheet of Loud.  On top of this i used a die to cut a frame and squares from scraps of the collection which I layered  up with Mounting Foam dots to give it a 3D look. Also used was a collectable from the Collectables pack.  The title was stickers from the Alpha sticker sheet in Ebony.

On all sides I used a sheet of Unique.  To decorate the sides I used the strips off of patterned paper, Printed Tape and Collectables.  For the finished look a smattering of Rhinestones in Silver.  I had a lot of fun decorating my cigar box!

I hope you enjoyed my post!

It’s a Boy Thing

Hello .

I hope you all nice and well, today I’m coming back with another inspiration using beautiful Off the Wall Collection.

All of the papers are mainly blue, which is one of my favourites colours. This collection is perfect wherever you have a small or a big boy at home 🙂

I have tried to make my work tidy, that was my purpose, but you all know me, I just couldn’t resist by not putting paint all over it 🙂

have a nice day

Inspiration from Sandra

Hello everyone.

I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas and New Year.

I had such a fantastic week off in Manchester, and I must say I have really enjoyed that. I even forgot to schedule my posts (thanks to Chrissy for swapping me over).

So here’s my first inspiration using the Off the Wall Collection.

I absolutely loved the Superstar die cut paper which is black on one side and white on the other. I have gone for the white side and just used it as my background.

Hope you have enjoyed your visit today, see you later

Wicked (using Off the Wall)

Hi there!

This month I’m using the collection called Off the wall.  For the background I used Kaisercard in Elephant Ears and Coconut, and a sheet of patterned paper in Rad. I inked the edges of the card and paper using Tim Holtz Distress ink in Peacock Feathers.  I also used this ink pad to ink through the Tim Holtz Layering Stencil in Stars.  The clear stamp in Graffiti was stamped using Tim Holtz Distress ink pad in Pumice Stone.

Also one the film strips from the Collectables was inked with Pumice Stone, and stamped using the Graffiti clear stamp.  After I’d stamped and used the stencil, I wanted a pop of colour so used pieces of Printed Tape in Arrows Black.  A bracket edge was used from the 6.5×6.5 Paper Pad.  The embellishments around the layout come from the Collectables,  and given a lift using Mounting Foam Dots.  For the finished bling, Rhinestones were added in Silver.

I hope you enjoyed my post!
