Graphic 45 Winter Wonderland Scrapbook Layout

Good morning

Elaine here again bringing you another scrapbook layout using the gorgeous Christmassey collection, Winter Wonderland from Graphic 45.

image

To make this I first took a sheet of Scarlet Weave Cardstock. I then mounted a piece of the Yule Post paper on to Willow Weave Cardstock. I then mounted the two photos on to the same card and used a piece of the reverse of the Winter Wonderland paper (having first strategically fussy cut the title from the same sheet before using the reverse piece). I also mounted a piece of the reverse of the Pretty Poinsettia paper and laid this horizontally across the page.

I then added the pre-cut title and added an additional piece of the mounted Yule Post paper and tucked this under the title. On each of the pieces of card and paper I used a corner rounder for a more traditional look.

Just above the title I added a small cluster using a poinsettia from my stash, a collectable from the Basecoat Christmas Collectables and above the photos I added another chipboard tag,  a collectable sentiment and another poinsettia with a wooden flourish. I then used tags from the lovely Winter Wonderland Chipboard Tags sheet and some small circles with snowflakes on with added Lippy Red Rhinestones. I added Cherry Hemp cord on the tags too with an additional twirl beneath the top cluster.

So that’s it.. my final piece of the three projects using the G45 Winter Wonderland collection. I do hope it has inspired you to join in the fun yourself?

So, until the New Year.. I wish you all a very happy Christmas and a fabulous New Year. Happy 2018!

Graphic 45 Winter Wonderland Scrapbook Layout

Good morning again,

Elaine here again bringing you another Christmassay layout using the Graphic 45 Winter Wonderland Collection.

image

To male this I first took a sheet of Stone Weave Cardstock and lightly splattered it with Antique Gold Kaisermist. Next I matted some of the gorgeous Yule Post paper on to Cherry Weave Cardstock and adhered it to the left hand side of the base card. I then took some of the Holly Berries paper onto more of the Cherry card and placed it on the angle on top of the mounted piece of Yule Post paper. I then mounted my two photos on double mounted Stone Weave and Cherry card. I also mounted a banner using the Nordic Greetings paper onto cherry card too and tucked this under the photo mat.

On the right hand side I mounted another piece of cherry card and individually cut all the little stamps from the same Nordic Greetings paper. Once I had arranged these I added the round photo, mounted on more cherry card,  over the top of a larger mounted banner that I had cut from the Winter Wonderland paper. I then added the embellishment clusters to each of the photo arrangements. For the right hand one I used a Holly collectable and ribbon from the Basecoat Christmas Collection (which is currently in the Sale so do hurry..these are so useful!!) and a wooden holly flourish along with some Fire Red Mini blooms, a pre made poinsettia from my stash and a twirl of Cherry Red Hemp Cord together with some Lippy Red rhinestones.

For the left hand cluster I used a pine cone collectable and a sentiment from the Basecoat Christmas Collectables pack and more of the same as above.

I love this wonderfully traditional G45 collection so do hurry and grab yourself one of these great collections so you’re all ready to scrap those Christmas Memories.

Have fun! Happy Christmas!

Good morning all

IMG_1511

Thanks for joining us on the blog today to see what we’ve all been up to!

This month I had the fortune to be sent the delicious Winter Wonderland collection by Graphic 45.. a super, traditional, Christmas collection perfect for all your Christmas crafting requirements.

On this occasion I made two multi layered Christmas cards.

For this one you will need the following components.image

A 6″ card blank

Graphic 45 Winter Wonderland sheet

Holly Berries sheet

Nordic Greetings sheet

Rustic Holiday Paper

and Cherry Weave Kaisercard to mount the pieces on.

I also added a pre-made poinsettia and some holly leaves cut from the Christmas Collectables Basecoat collection (which, handily, are in the Sale!) and the chipboard Good Tidings tag from the Winter Wonderland collectables  that I tied with Cherry Red Hemp Cord. For a final flourish I added a Holly Wood flourish and inked it with the Kaisercraft Vine Ink Pad  and then added some Lippy Red Rhinestones.

For this card I used

A 6″ card blank

A sheet of the reverse of the Holly Berries sheet used previously and topped with a piece from the Rustic Holiday papers mounted on the Cherry Weave Cardstock and then double mounted on Moss Weave Cardstock.

I then placed this on another double mounted piece using the Pretty Poinsettia paper after adding a piece of Grosgrain Red Ribbon to the base papers and securing the ends around the top sheet of paper. To embellish I used a double mounted sentiment from the Christmas Collectable Basecoat collection together with a printed bow from the same pack, a wooden flower flourish inked with Cherry Ink pad a Fire Red mini bloom with a twirl of Cherry Hemp Cord finished with more Lippy Red Rhinestones.

As there are so many wonderful pre-printed toppers in this gorgeous collection I feel this is a must buy for those last minute Christmas Cards.

I hope you like my samples? Do pop back later in the month to see what else I have made with this fabulously Christmassey collection!

Happy Christmas!
