Merly Impressions only accepts payment in GBP (UK pounds sterling). If you are paying with a credit card registered outside of the United Kingdom you may incur currency exchange fees from your bank or credit card company. Merly Impressions will not be repsonsible for these fees.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all information on this site is accurate, mistakes may occasionally occur. We will endeavour to coorect all mistakes as soon as possible and, if the error effects an item you have just purchased, we will inform you before shipping your order.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the images on this site accurately reflect the appearance of the products we supply, the way the images themselves appear will be effected by many factors including the individual setup of your monitor (such as contrast and colour balance). This slight differences or, unfortunately, outside of our control.
Merly Impressions does not generally display (or otherwise make available for sale) out of stock items - all items visible within the online store are in stock and ready to ship. However, if an error occurs and your purchased items are out of stock, we will try to inform as soon as possible and give you the option of either cancelling that item or swapping it for a similar in stock item.
Merly Impressions will take reasonable precautions to keep your personal details and the details of your orders and payments secure. Unless we are proved negligent Merly Impressions will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
